Secondly, based on the analysis of thepractical situation of Datang Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant, problems commonlyexisting in safety evaluation practice in thermal power enterprises are put forward;Finally,the main contents of safety evaluation are discussed, enterprise safety culture is added insafety evaluation;comprehensive application of evaluation methods according to differentevaluated item with priority to item-by-item valuation scoring method is put forward;theevaluation procedure and evaluation standard in accordance with characteristics of thermalpower plant is established;attention to embodiment of its dynamic characteristic anddevelopment of safety evaluation effectively combining with danger point analysis inaccordance with the requirement of safety evaluation normalization in safety evaluationpractice are pointed out and realization of dynamic and regular practice of safety evaluationwith computer network technology is brought forward.
