The installing capacity of thermal power, wind power generation, nuclearpower and other generation keep refreshing the record, construction period isrequired shorter and shorter, the indicator requirements of performance, efficiency,security of crane are getting higher and higher!Operation and management of large machinery safely is the guarantee ofproject construction, machinery and equipment safety are directly linked withworker lives and state property, as well as economic benefit and fate of enterprise!Especially for power construction project which is equipped with large amount ofsuper large machinery, these machinery are expensive, structure are complexwhich result in many new and unsafe machinery factors. Any careless mistakes indesigning, manufacturing, assembly and disassembly, operation, maintenancewill cause fatal accidents. As a crane machinery professional, we have to researchincidents discipline, enhance equipment safety management, eliminate andcontrol dangerous factors to avoid crane machinery accidents, especially terribleaccidents to ensure a smooth production.This paper based on the systematic safety analysis and evaluation method,combined with characteristics and current safety management of crane used inelectrical power construction project, analyses unsafe factors of tower craneaccidents at first, then explore crane safety management methods and techniquesthrough the analysis of the large number of accident cases, study dangerous pointof the crane management and countermeasure, take to achieve the goal ofstrengthening the safety management of crane used in electrical powerconstruction. |
