Nowadays the spiral tube are generally produced by manufacturing processing technique which is coiling bending, rolling bending, intermediate frequency influence heating bending or flame heating bending. Due to the experience is adopted in designing and manufacturing, many problems, such as lower productivity, high cost, low quality of product and so on, aren't still solved perfectly. So based on these industrial statuses in this paper, through the numerical simulation method, the rolling bending technique has been researched in spiral tube forming processing, in order to reduce costs and increase product qualities further.For getting deforming characteristics and rules of space bending parts, the rolling bending technique of spiral tube has been analyzed and researched, and the theory model of space bending deforming has set up. According to three-dimension (3D) elastic-plastic dynamic analytical theory, the border conditions have been dealt with in the bending forming process of the spiral tube rationally, moving and rotating of rollers have been realized freely in space, the finite element model (FEM) has been established using commercial FEM analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Through the numerical simulation in the spiral tube rolling bending forming process, the stability of plastic deformation region was resolved, and the variational rules of thickness on cross section, forming velocity and deforming force is researched. After different forming conditions are analyzed, the influence between feed of pressed roller, theoretical forming velocity, pipe diameter, pipe thickness, theoretical forming radius, and roller radius with forming qualities of spiral tube, forming velocity and deforming force were obtained. According to the analysis result, the theory is set-up and forming processing technique is established in the space bendingprocesses of spiral tube.
