Commissioning Of Modified A～2/O Process And Discussion On Technique Evaluation About Wastewater Treatment Plant

With the development of the new-built economic and chemical industry area and the improvement of people's environmental protection, more and more wastewater treatment plants are constructed. Meanwhile, the new process also is produced. The modified tri-circle A~2/O process is one of these flowcharts. The whole procedure of conmmissioning about modified tri-circle A~2/O process is shown, which contains bio-sludge is cultivated and the effluent meets the nation standard. During the conmmissioning the related experiences and means are concluded, which is available to demonstrate as the study, populazation and application of the process.The various bio-reaction zones are studied elementarily about the modified tri-cricle A~2/O process. According to material balance, the relations on thery among the biogradable amount, the sludge return and the mixed liquid return are calculated. In the light of the reaction analysis, the actual residence time is related to the technique parameters, and illustrates the reaction cours about the main contaminations. Both material balance and the reaction analysis are helpful to further discuss and study the inner mechanism of the modified tri-cricle A~2/O process. In addition, in term of the hydraulics and the testing data, it is concluded that the mixer's power density of the three zones respectively is 4~5W/m~3, 1.0W/m~3, and 0.5-1.0W/m~3, which can instruct to the engineering design.The content of technique evaluation about wastewater treatment plant is advanced and discussed according to collecting and analyzing the running data. The main several mathematical ways also are emphasized, and model of the technique evaluation about wastewater treatment plant are introduced. Which is instructed and helpful to other similar wastewater and water plants.
