Aminosilicone oil micoemulisons were prepared by bulk polymerization and emulsion polymerization. The microemulsifying rules of aminosilicone oil obtained bulk polymerization were studied. The influences of different polymerization conditions on the performance of the aminosilicone oil microemulsion were carried out in detail for the first time in the cationic emulsion copolymerization of D4/KBM-602.In the study of the microemulsifying rules of aminosilicone oil obtained bulk polymerization, emulsifying agents and complex emulsifying agents were optimized based on the theory of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance. The factors affecting on the amino-silicone microemulsion were discussed, such as different emulsifying agents, cosurfactants, pH and different value etc. The results showed that the optimized emulsifying conditions were as follows: m(OP-10):m(Span-80)=3:2(w/w);25.8% complex emulsifying agent(relative to the mass of amino-silicone oil);29.7% n-butyl alcohol(relative to the mass of amino-silicone oil);pH=4.44.8 and the amino-silicone oil with value of 0.3.The amino-silicone microemulsion with narrow distributing size and the diameter of its size close to 100nm was finally prepared.In the research of cationic emulsion copolymerization of D4/KBM-602, the rules were inverstigated by the transmissivity, the conversion rate and the particle size. The factors affecting on the amino-silicone microemulsion were discussed, such as the complex of various emulsifying agents and their different proportion, the concention of emulsifying agents, monomers proportion, reaction temperature, the adding time of the preparative emulsion, and the cut time. The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions were as follows: 9wt% emulsifying agents, the reaction temperature of 80℃90℃, the dripping time of the preparative emulsion of 24h, m(CTAB):m(AEO)=1/32, V(D4): V(KBM-602)=1012 and 15min of the cut time. The SEM spectrometry analysis also showed that the emulsion particle was globle and uniform. The transmissity of the aminosilicone oil microemulsion was more than 70%,and the particle size was merely less than 30nm. Infra-red spectrometry analysisshowed that the aminosilicone oil microemulsion could be made by the emulsioncopolymenzation of D4/KBM-6O2.
