Mineral resource is the important substance base for people and the main energy in ourcountry. Its exploitation,process,using advanced the development of society and economy, atthe same time, it also caused much entironment problem. For example, its dust pollutes theatmosphere and water and soil for its exploitation,process,preservation and transportation;Surface Subsidence reduces the tilth, disturbs the hydrology, affects the entironment around;The placement and spontaneous combustion of Coal gangue and fly ash engross the tilth andbecome the important pollution source in mining area. The resulted resource wasted,entironment destroyed,region economy weakened and sustainable development restricted inarea. So major study the mining area entironment change for exploitation coal have boththeory meaning and practicality.The thesis takes the NanTun's coal mining area as the study object, establishingcomplete database by doing much fieldwork and collecting indirect information from somedepartment's;The thesis study the entironment deterioration degree of NanTun's miningarea from evaluation,forcasting,prewarning go forward one by one and quantificationally.The following is the major parts:At first part: Introduced the study intention and meaning,the mining area entironmentactuality at home and abroad,the study thought,thesis structure frame of full text,thetechnique flow.At second part: Summarized the meaning and the trait of coal mining area and itsentironment problem by analyzing the scholar's achievements, exoatiate on the evaluationand prewarning concept of coal mining area;at the same time, consider synthetically thetheories of sustainable development , ecology balance , system harmony and thecharacteristic of prewarning and coal mining area, put forward the model of evaluation andprewarning:society and economy development——entironment harnessing and destroying——resource exploitation and using;By contrasting the methods of evaluation and prewarningand the particularity of coal mining area, decide to adopt the methods of fuzzy syntheticalevaluation, black prewarning and yellow prewarning to evaluating and prewarning;introduce detailedly the exploitation method of prewarning system——face object, languagetool——Visual Basic.The third part: First introduced Chinese coal mining area entironment actuality, thegeography position of nantun'coal mining area, the natural and social and economic status,and describe the entironment characteristic;Second establish the appropriate entironmentevaluation index system of coal mining area, mark confirming the index weightiness byexperts, and evaluate it by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from 2000 to 2004 year.Finally educe the conclusions: NanTun's coal mining area entironment is developing towardsdegradation trend. Quality is excellent in 2000, First grade;quality is better in 2001 and 2003,second grade;quality is worse in 2002 and 2004, third grade.Social and economic subsystem's prospect is not optimistic. Quality is excellent in 2000,first grade;Quality is better in 2001 and 2003, second grade;Quality is worse in 2002 and2004, third grade, the change trend is same as the total entironment change trend.Entironment destruction and treatment subsystem is developing towards degradation trend.Quality is excellent in 2000 and 2001, First grade;Quality is worse in 2002, 2003 and 2004third grade. Resource development and use subsystem is steady;Quality is better except 2000year, second grade. But it has also some problems.The fourth part: based on the evaluation, used 5 regression model of SPSS——Logistic,Inverse,Power,Logarithmic and Quadratic to forecast the change trend of miningarea entironment and possible danger to forecast to preparing for Prewarning work.The fifth part: based on the evaluation and forecasting, Establish the index system ofmining area Prewarning according to the scholars achievements and the Prewarning theoryand the fact thing, and use two prewarning methods: single index and compositive index. Atthe same time, detailed design Prewarning system to automatize Prewarning work byprogramme using visual basic language. Finally educe the conclusions: the entironmentquality is critical alarm as a whole, the original coal output is very critical alarm, averageresidence area of per people,TSP,the land subsiding rate of per 104 ton are critical alarm,the natural growth rate of population and the capital debt rate are middle alarm, the profit andtax rate of capital haven't alarm.The sixth part: put forward the countermeasures according to the distinct degree resultsof evaluating and prewarning.Finally, sum up the major conclusions and some deficiencies of this thesis. |
