The technology of ozone generation has been matured gradually, there are many methods to generate ozone, but the electric efficiency of the ozone generator, which based on the model of DBD, is not high. This thesis analyzes the main power consumptions of the DBD principle ozone generator. All experiments and research are based on the dielectric discharge consumption of ozone cells, the on-off consumption of IGBT in the advising circuit, the consumption of high-voltage transformer and the cooling system, they affect and determine the efficiency and the output of the ozone generator.In this thesis, all the datum are gained by the experiments, which based on the large and high frequency ozone generator (model:CF-G-3-lK) whose output is about 1000g/h. This ozone generator is parallel connected by 20 double-gap DBD ozone cells whose output is 50g/h, controls it's temperature with oil-water dual-channel cooling system. Analyzing the datum from experiments, most of the electric power (about 83%) is consumed on the ozone cells. So that if we want to improve the efficiency of the whole ozone generator, the most important we should do is improving the efficiency of the ozone cells. This thesis designs a model to calculate the consumptions and their distribution. All these are important reference to design more effective and higher output ozone generators.
