Study On Full-procession Credit Management Of Xiamen Xingsha Pharmaceutical Company

Credit has become an important strategic resource and an implement of competition under the marketing economy. The credit capability and credit venture management level have become the key factor for the enterprise's future general competition capability. The scholars abroad and home had done a lot of useful researches on credit management of enterprise and raised Full-procession Credit Management Theory. By analyzing the credit management situation of Xiamen Xingsha Pharmaceutical Company (XS Company) and combining the enterprise credit management theory and practical situation, the author designs a set of suitable precepts for XS Company's client credit management, client evaluation management, sales business process venture management, Accounts receivable management, Debt collection management.Five parts have been involved in this article. Firstly, The introduction, which introduces the current position of the field abroad and home, points out the target, the meaning, the study thought and the structure. Secondly, the summarized theory expounds the foundational concepts and four technical supports of enterprise credit management in detail. Thirdly, the part analysis the situation of XS Company's enterprise credit management nowadays. Fourthly, a set of credit management precepts were brought out by the study of credit management theories and techniques. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the research solutions and achievements in brief and puts forward the more imagines.The author is one of the key persons of credit management which are in charge of the credit management project. Some solutions in the article had been edited as XS Company's credit management regulation and approved by the Board of Director of the Group. It had become the standard document to instruct S company's operation.
