The coal company of Pingmei Coal has a turnover of up to 10 billion yuan each year,a large volume of transactions,a high transaction amount,a wide variety of coal products,a complex trading client industry,and a large number of business transactions.It is increasingly difficult to manage and research transaction data.Huge debt assets have made it difficult for companies to have liquidity.At the same time,under the new economic situation,during the coal sales cycle,the company’s accounts receivables have increased,which has led to increased operational risk for enterprises.In order to speed up the withdrawal of funds and reduce the risk of accounts receivable,the limited coal resources will be properly credited.Allocating increased fund recovery rate becomes an important solution.This article is to study how to help Pingmei to make decisions to reduce credit risk,to simplify sales and management,and help companies to develop better.This paper collates and summarizes the coal transaction customer data of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.,and classifies the customer types of different trading frequencies and the types of customers of different transaction coal types.It also measures and compares the customer transaction and payment collection index with the same type,and obtains the customer payment collection characteristics.law.The exploration and research on the clean coal customer credit evaluation model is conducted,and the factors that affect the credit parameters of important parameters are analyzed and verified to ensure the accuracy of the model.Design and develop corresponding coal customer credit credit evaluation and information management systems,apply the aforementioned research results,and implement data analysis and processing to support enterprise decision-making.Studying the credit evaluation model for coal customers of Pingdingshan Coal Co.,Ltd.,and assigning coal resources for credit sales based on credit evaluations.At the same time,develop a coal customer credit credit evaluation and information management system to determine the current credit limit of customers to guide Pingdingshan Coal to coal resources.Reasonable distribution and credit sales provide a basis for enterprise decision-making,thereby reducing the risk of capital from coal credit sales transactions,increasing the recovery rate of coal credit sales,controlling the accounts receivable risk,timely recovery,and increasing liquidity to support enterprise development.
