In this paper, three series of Fe, Sr and Ca doped Lead Zirconate Titanatepiezoelectric ceramics (PZTF, PSZTF and PCZTF) were prepared with conventionalmixed solid oxide. The effect of composition and preparation on the Structure andProperties of the Doped PZT Piezoelectric Ceramics were studied. The experimentalresults indicated, when the Zr/Ti ratios of PZTF, PSZTF and PCZTF were 51/49,52/48and 52/48, respectively, in calcination temperature of 960℃,900℃,930℃ andsintering temperature of 1290℃, 1280℃, 1280℃,for PZTF ceramics, the typicalparameters were: Tc=352℃,ε 3T3 /ε0=1071, d33=254~260 pC/N,Qm=850,Kp=0.55and tanδ=(0.32~0.34)%. For PSZTF ceramics, the typical parameters were:Tc=337℃ , ε 3T3 /ε0=1200, d33=296~300 pC/N , Qm=970 , Kp=0.65 andtanδ=(0.27~0.29)%. for PCZTF ceramics, the typical parameters were: Tc=311℃,ε 3T3 /ε0=915, d33=276~280 pC/N,Qm=1500,Kp=0.59 and tanδ=(0.24~0.26)%.The differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetry(TG) were applied toanalyze reaction temperatures of samples during calcining, The scanning electronicmicroscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were applied to analyzemicrostructure and phases, respectively. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)were employed for analyzing elements valences in the surface and observingdistribution of the grain and porosity of the section.In this paper, the samples after sintered were poled, the mechanisms of the domainrotation of the sintered samples were investigated, theoretically. The effect of polingon the structures and properties of ceramics were analyzed in nature, which wouldprovide theory support to the further study.
