Textile process planning is a key link in textile manufacturing. And it is also a bridge between textile design and textile manufacturing. The process planning's response ability to market demand influence the competitiveness of enterprises directly too. Because the textile process has the characteristic of diversity, complexity and strong experience, the textile process planning is always a difficult problem in the forming process of products.Agile CAPP is a new demand of enterprises in order to meet the unpredictable competitive environment that puts forward to the process planning under agile manufacturing environment. By the analysis of current situation of domestic textile process planning, problems existed in the textile process planning are summarized, and by taking woolen spinning process which is relatively complicated in the textile industry as the research object, the theory of agile CAPP is applied to the process planning of textile enterprises in this paper. Meanwhile, combining current situation of enterprises in textile process planning, a system model of the agile textile process planning to meet the dynamically changeable textile market is developed from the point of view of project application, and key technologies in the realization of the agile textile process planning are studied in this paper and applied to the realization.The main work herein comprises:1. Demand analysis of the textile process planning, including summarizing the characteristic of woolen textile process planning through analyzing its general procedures, providing main problems existing in the woolen textile process planning through analyzing the dataflow of the process planning, all of the above making preparations for launching the study of the agile textile process planning.2. Overall design of the agile textile process planning system, including configuring a design function tree and a management function tree of the agile process planning system, system network structure and developing modes, process planning modeling based on UML, and database designing.3. Research of hybrid intelligent reasoning of textile process planning, mainly including case-based similar process reasoning, quality predicting and parameter optimizing based on artificial neural network, and process parameter designing and compensating on the basis of rules.4. Realization technologies of the user-oriented process planning system, including realization of N-TIER architecture base on MVC, database visiting based on Object Relational Mapping, reconstructing of the process planning system based on software integrated component technology, and applying XML technology to the agile process planning.5.
