Due to the market an increasingly competitive and the voice of customer are diversity,making the aluminum manufacturing enterprises need to improve the ability to respond to themarket demand. In this market environment, Agile Manufacturing appeared, productionscheduling at the core in the entire production process of the Agile Manufacturing, its roleincludes the deployment of rational use of various resources, balance the production logistics,control the balance of production, speed up production, reduce production costs, improveproduction efficiency. Production scheduling theory and method has been widely used in theprocess industries, and create a huge economic and social benefits. This article will combineagile manufacturing to study the aluminum casting scheduling problem. First, consider thealuminum casting production process for its production characteristics and agile manufacturingthoughts and process industry three functional structure with manufacturing execution system,aluminum casting the functional structure of the MES system based the agile manufacturing;Secondly, according to the actual production of aluminum enterprises, analysis of theproduction of aluminum, management and production scheduling features, to combine agilemanufacturing principles and its architecture summed agile manufacturing applicationframework, summed up the general aluminum manufacturers in production management in thefour-point production management strategy; thirdly, analysis the aluminum casting schedulingproblem based on the agile and Autonomous decentralized scheduling, and put forward suitablefor aluminum casting production scheduling strategy, and build the autonomous decentralizedscheduling system of aluminum casting; Finally, according to aluminum casting schedulingpolicy combined with vehicle routing problem, constructed of aluminum smelting schedulingmodel and aluminum casting scheduling model, and the use of aluminum production actualproduction data to verify the validity of the scheduling strategy and the model.Carry out research on aluminum casting production scheduling problem which is based onagility and optimize enterprise production management and the establishment of the aluminumManufacturing Execution System and analysis of the aluminum casting scheduling policy foraluminum enterprises to improve production efficiency or reduce production costs or on-timedelivery, there are very important of theoretical and practical significance.
