Marking is one of the important technologies in apparel factory, the marking time and fabrics utilization rate affect the factory's profit and compete ability. The fabrics utilization rate of marking project is one of the important standards to evaluate the quality of the marking software.The exploiture of some commercial apparel CAD softwares is well, but the marking module still have some technology problems, such as the auto-marking's fabrics utilization rate is lower than manual marking, and the dummy marking is hard to represent the reality pattern and fabric, so in some factories the auto-marking system only use to forecast consumption for booking fabrics and quoting price, not use it in real production. Apparel marking arithmetic is the commercial secrets of apparel CAD Software Company, so this study on marking theory and exploiture about marking software are both based on self-determinative innovation.The thesis's innovation have 2 points: (l)Used the simulated annealing arithmetic to control the pattern arrange process, added theheuristic arithmetic to the program to improve the fabrics utilization rate and reduce the runtime of program. Such as the software arranged the order of patterns according to the area or length , applied sinusoid to dynamic distribute all kinds of movement of pattern(such as move, swap, rotate and mirror), cut down the compute quantity of overlap, optimized runtime of the program, and squeezed the interspaces and separated the overlap after the marking.(2) The software applied the area to distinguish the direction of polygonal and overlap, this method made the program easy to realize and the compute quantity less.The shortage of the thesis is the author not specialized in computer program, so some parts of the program are not very good, that affected the optimize of the whole program. The thesis is only study on the apparel marking arithmetic.
