The main method of heavy oil recovery is steam injection of thermal recovery in China ,Theheavy oil, its output is exceeded 80 percents, is recovered by this way. In the process of heavy oilthermal recovery, each part has energy losses. In order to assess and analyze the energy of thesystem and found out weak links and equipments. it will provides the basis for the change of theenterprise energy conservation technique. The thermodynamic analysis is must developed in thesteam injection system of heavy oil thermal recovery. At first, this paper recommends to the steam stimulation recovery, including three stages ofsteam injection, soaking time and recovery oil. Based on this and combined domestic andinternational relevant research results, this paper is discussed on the increasing productionmechanism, influence factors and the improving technological and effective measures. And then, this paper establishes energy transition and analysis model according to the characteristic ofsystem and each part, provide the criterion of assessment, and utilize the test data to analyze andcalculate. energy of the system and each part is assessed and analyzed, weak links and equipmentsare found out and the reason of producing is analyzed .At last, the operation thermal efficiency ofsteam injection boiler is improved by falled exhaust smoke temperature and reduced aircoefficient (oxygen content). And the insulation structure of pipelines is optimumed through thecomputation of insulating layer economical thickness . Shown in the theory analysis, test, design, actual modification operating and the benefit of energy conservation, it has reached theanticipated results. This research results pointing out the direction for the follow-up study andhave directive significance to the similar conditions.
