| To solve the problems presently such as Herculean rock engineering exists at gob-side entry excavating in comprehensive mechanization caving coalface, difficult drivage and ventilation in single road in crossheading from far distance, this paper studies and puts forward two-roadway layout system with small coal column in thick coal comprehensive mechanization caving coalface. According to the pressure observation resources in comprehensive mechanization caving stope, firstly, the structure and behavior of top-coal and roof in fully mechanized caving face are studied, and the deformation regularity of lateral top-coal and roof, provides the basis for entry retaining design;secondly, the stability and deformation mechanization of coal pillar and bolting-mesh consolidation principle in entry retaining are studied by the theory analysis method and numerical simulation method. This paper puts forth the rational coal pillar size and the support control scheme in entry retaining for min 104 working face in Dashuitou coal mining in terms of its conditions. And now it has been taken into practice. By observing the surface dislocation in entry retaining, haulage deep dislocation, roof separation, pressure on anchored bars and hydraulic props, the entry retaining deformation regularity in comprehensive mechanization caving coal face, pressure changes on bolts and the influential area of lateral pressure have been grasped. It also provides a lot of latest resources for two-road layout in entry retaining with small coal pillar and haulage support, and beneficial application in the same conditions. |
