Research On The NC System Of A Two-Wheel Upright Spinning Machine

Based on NC system, NC(Numerical controlling)machine is a newmechatronics products. The technology's area covers with a lot of field, forexample, machine manufacture technology, information disposing, processing,transfers technology, auto-control technology, servo driving technology, sensortechnology, software technology and so on. The filtering of computer totraditional manufacturing changed manufacturing completely. Not only manuf-acturing becomes symbol of advanced industrialization, but also makemanufacturing possess wide and developmental world.This topic mainly studies control system in the wheel hub. Controlfunction of the system is realized by using SIEMENS 840D control system.The research content includes four aspects.First of all, on the base of configuration and characteristic of the spinningmachine, conformed using 840D controlling system to be numerical controllingsystem. Basing capability of machine and characteristic of tool, we set paramet-er of machine.Next, we made whole design of PLC, basing controlling of machine, weexploited program of PLC.Again, basing analysis of NC servo-control's elements, predigested system,based mathematic former of control system, analyze its fountainhead ofinterference, and at the same time, lodged measure, improved capability ofsystem, achieved optimizing and collocating of servo-system's driving parame-ter, satisfied the request of machine controlling system.Finally, basing detailed description of control-system's connection, wedebugged the servo-system and machine. The practice indicated, the machineran steadily, precision of processing is high.
