CNC,making the traditional industry to the automation industry,has a qualitative leap.Numerical control machine tool involves many fields.The design of the helical gear grinding machine tool and the control system of CNC machine tools are presented in this paper.With the rapid development of industry,machine parts have become more diversity,complexity,irregularity.For external thread and internal thread and other parts of these irregular helical machining,the practice of SK7520/H CNC universal thread grinding machines was presented in the paper to solve these processing problems.As for the relative movement of the workpiece and the grinding wheel curve,the parameters and equations of parts forming were derived by analyzing the important parameters and operational by Newton iterative method.Since its difficulty for forming tool curve wheel,the method of linear fitting and twice approach were proposed to resolve the problem of wheel shape.Parameters were obtained by continuous curve derivation after taking the twice approximation and wheel truncate cubic spline curve method.With the best analysis of these parameters optimal equation obtained,the NC machining program is achieved.The development remote operation brings convenience to the CNC technology,which also decreases the labour cost,as well as increases the operating precision.The MSP microcontroller technology was applied for remote control design in this paper.The shell of the wireless hand wheel is designed in SolidWorks,thus the 3D manufacturing problem is simplified into two-dimensional problem,and then the method of 3D solid is adopted for the processing and manufacturing of the shell.The wireless hand wheel was connected by the SIEMENS 840 D system.The hardware structure of 840 D system and the corresponding installation method were introduced in this paper.Some methods are provided to improve the performance of the remote control system.The theory proposed in this paper was demonstrated on the machine tool.
