Explored natural gas, before being used, it is needed that the gas was firstly gathered, then purified and at last transported. During the process because some clause such as, system leakage, station discharge and computation error and the like, the difference between quantity of transportation and quantity of get is very large. Among natural gas leakage kinds, they include inner leakage, outer leakage and accident leakage.The aim of this thesis is studying the outer leakage. Our research object cover various of valve, flange and tie-in of pipeline located in Chong Qing city,Si Chuan province .Main content of the thesis contain natural gas leakage accident with harm analysis;natural gas leakage check with evaluation technology;the valuation on natural gas leakage in Chong Qing city and Si Chuan province;the measure and plan for natural gas leakage.We filter and validate n computation mode of leakage quantity of natural gas by combining dynamic, static state and survey on the spot. At the same time, we filtered the best condition for examining the gas leakage through static experiment, the static mode gather and release gas by drainage, and the dynamic state mode with bag. After finishing former steps, we will check natural gas thickness by the help of instrument. Of course, we have four mode (relevant curve method, delaminating modulus method, leaking/No-leaking method and SOCMI method) for computing the releasing speedAccording to the principle that difference between computation and practically leakage speed is least, we get natural gas leakage computation mode as relevant curve method. Synchronously, we find the best condition for examination based on the same principle. After these work, by relevant curve method computing natural gas releasing speed, by curve integral method computing leakage-quantity of natural gas, then we can offer comparatively accurate data for production course, safety management and environment protection.
