Polyoxometalates-organic hybrid materials as a kind of multifunctional material are widely studied for their interesting applications in catalysis, electronic conductivity, magnetism, nonlinear optical properties and medicine. The synthesis and preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid compounds is an important part of molecule designing in modern chemistry. The research on this kind of material had not only promoted the development of material science by the synthesis of new species, but also the development of chemistry by combining molecular engineering science, organic chemistry and solid inorganic chemistry together. And more, it will become a new power to push on the polyoxomates and new branch of the chemistry. In this paper, the compound (HIm)5.5[SiW11NiO39(Im)]0.75[SiW12O40]0.25(Im)0.5(H2O)7.5(1) and Na5[NaSiW11O39Mn(Im)]0.5[SiW12O40(H2O)2Cl]0.5(Im)4(H2O)8(2)have been synthesized by starting from the reaction of nonlacunary polyoxometalates, transition-metal cations and imidazole under gentle conditions. A new compound: [Cu(I)(phen)2]5[HV15O36(Cl)]0.65 [H3V16O38(Cl)]0.35·2H2O(3) (phen = 1,10′-phenanthroline) has been prepared. complexes have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, and study the influence factor of their structure through the discussion of crystal structure of these compounds. Other characterizations by elemental analysis, XPS, IR, XRD, TG, and cyclic voltammograms are also described. The compound 1 and 2 are bouth isolated monosubstituted Keggin polyoxometalate (POM) with pendant organic ligands. The organic ligand contact to the Ni or Mn atom using the N atom. Pompound 1 is a Im salt distribute Im act counter cation. Compound 2 is Na salt distribute Na act counter cation. Other Im molecular contact to the face O atoms of POMs via. Hydrogen bonds and п-п stacking interactions. Compound 3 consists of one [HV15O36(Cl)]0.655-(V15)[H3V16O38(Cl)]0.355-(V16) anion and five [Cu(I)(phen)2]+ cations. In this hybrid complexes, the "naked" V15 or V16 is observed. Each Cu(I) combind two phen, the supramolecular 3-D structure is formed via strong intermolecular H-bonding and п-п stacking interactions with channel of organic compounds and POM.
