Cutting head is pivotal part of the transverse roadheader. Structure parameters and technics parameters decide roadheader's work capability.So it is significant to establish pick's space mathematics model , go along dynamics , kinetics simulation and parameters optimum analysis of the transverse roadheader cutting head.This paper dissertate coal and rock cutting theory , cutting capability's mostly evaluation criterion and pick's space position of the transverse roadheader,it is simulated by load;Establishment pick's space mathematics model of the transverse roadheader,pick's locomotion track, velocity, acceleration and mutuality parameters's infection analysis are emulated by MATLAB; For ascertaining pick's maximal position , ensemble of the cutting arm and cutting head's vibration frequency during cutting, analysis static the finite element by using of ANSYS, elicitation pick's maximal position, analysis dynamical the finite element by using of ANSYS, elicitation ensemble of the cutting arm and cutting head's vibration frequency and several vibration form; Optimized cutting head's mutuality parameters and performance criterion by making use of the MATLAB's optimum toolbox on the basis of transverse roadheader cutting load.Above mutuality analysis and research, these conclusions provide methods and theory reference for confirming pick's space locomotion rule of the transverse roadheader , mutuality parameter's selection and improvement cutting head's performance criterion.
