The situation of coalmine safety in production in China remains serious. The chief of all disaster is the sudden gas outburst.Aiming at the problems and the potential safety hazards of the current gas pumping-exhaust system widespread used, research the intelligent control of coalmine gas mobile pumping-exhaust system is researched and the current system is optimized. Especially the system researched places a branch of backflow and a valve, which can adjust the gas flow intelligently. The system can monitor and display the gas concentration, give an alarm when the gas concentration overrun, turn off the electricity and information network. Besides, the protection of the system while the water break is added. The system developed has no leakage, control effectively, run safely, and maintenance of the system is small. The system is an energy-efficient and cost-low system.Firstly the paper introduces the real situation of the coalmine gas pumping-exhaust in the pit, and analysis relation of the gas-export concentration, diluted gas concentration and diluting gas concentration when the gas drainage pump in use, on the basis of which the control scheme is designed. The AT89C52 acts as the core chip of the controller. In the paper the type of the system hardware are chose such as pump, motor operated valve, gas sensor, flameproof power and so on. The paper introduces fuzzy control theory, talks over the structure of gas concentration fuzzy controller and compares the fuzzy controller with other strategy. The paper gives the program flowcharts and some programs have been verified. Lastly, the system is simulated by MATLAB, the simulation results indicates that the system can reach the expectation effect.Intelligent control of coalmine gas mobile pumping-exhaust system by uniting gas concentration monitor with fuzzy control algorithm puzzles out the recurrent problem of gas overrun in the current gas pumping-exhaust system, improves the system accuracy, security and reliability. Thus there is a better times ahead for the research.
