XingShan iron mine is the first undergroud mine of ShouGang mining company.It is made up with the whole process of mining of collection development driveage,stoping blasting,breaking,ventilation,drainage,shotcrete support.The Ventilation,drainage,power supply are the important link of safe and reliable operation in the relationship to mining.The ventilation and power supply are relatively stable.They don not change suddenly.Due to the complicated underground hydrology conditions,underground water conditions change without any rules to follow.The drainage system must be highly reliable.In the beginning,the drainage pump station design of XingShan iron mine is manual control mode.The position control pump according to the situation of water level by experience operation.It is not only can't timely response when water changes suddenly,but also the artificial control of water pump operation statistics distortion.It is not good for equipment repairing control.Equipment running state can't timely and accurate grasp.It is not conducive to timely find problems in the operation of the equipment in hidden trouble and to integrated control equipment operation which reduce the equipment operation cost.After the system puts into operation,it avoids artificial statistics inaccurate and incomplete information which eliminates the unsafe human control.By analyzing the history of equipment operation curve,it can discover equipment hidden danger in time,realizes the equipment sophisticated management,tries to avoid the peak period of start-up equipment and realize the economic and reasonable running.
