The collection and transfer equipment is a very important component among thewaste integrative disposal system, and is also one of the most expensive parts. This paperanalyzed the importance of the waste compaction for enhancing economic benefit of thewaste transfer system. A thorough study on Overturning Box-loading MSW CompactingTransmit Equipment was taken. The Overturning Box-loading MSW Compactingtransfer station we developed has independent intellectual property. The new method and procedure of compacting waste transfer equipment typesynthesis were studied, and provided design objective of the box-loading equipment.Analyzing the box-loading equipment with linkage method, base on this and consideringthe design objectives, selected from all projects, and decided the better objective ofcompacting waste transfer equipment. The kinematical optimizing mathematical model of six-bar box-loading equipmentwas established. The objective, restrictive function and design variable were anatomized.Using MATLAB the optimum design was realized basing on CGA. The designobjectives of box-loading equipment were arrived at well, and then decided theconfiguration parameters of correlative component. Using Virtual Prototype Technology the simulation was carried out, and achievingthe kinematical analyzing curve through simulation post processing. Base on this aparameter model was established, decided the position parameters of overturninghydraulic cylinder, and achieved the kinematical optimizing of overturning hydrauliccylinder, made its maximum pushing power drop from 147340N to 108200N, thedropping range reached 36.2%. The maximum velocity of the cg of dustbin dropped from120.67 mm / s to 73.72 mm / s , and the maximum acceleration dropped from17.65mm/ s2 to 4.77mm/ s2 . Reduced the impaction to machine, and improved thestability of machine. Considering the function of Overturning and Underground MSW CompactingTransmit Equipment, studied every modules in detail. According to design objectives ofthe main modules particular designs of compacting and overturning equipments weredone, besides the hydraulic pressure system and electric-controlling system were studiedin detail.
