The properties of carbon black N330 single applied, silica single applied and carbon black with silica applied to in situ PB were studied; the properties of NR/in situ PB, SBR/in situ PB, BR/in situ PB, EPDM/in situ PB were studied.The traits of in situ PB and the possible reasons were studied by test. The results show: in situ PB has a good wet skid resistance; carbon black N330 could improve the properties of in situ PB; when silica was single applied less than 50 phr, the properties of in situ PB was improved while more than 50 phr the compound's properties was lower; when carbon black N330 and silica were applied together to in situ PB, the compound's properties was improved. The blends of NR/in situ PB, BR/in situ PB, EPDM/in situ PB have good properties, while the blend of SBR/in situ PB have low properties.In a word, we can procure compound with good properties by modulate the dosage of filler or blends with NR, BR, EPDM.
