The ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered rubber(UFPR)is a kind of nano-sized powdered rubber.which is prepared by novel industrial technologies of rubber latex irradiation and spray drying.Based on our previous studies,in this thesis,we mainly studied the synergism modification of ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered nitrile rubber(UFPNBR)and ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered styrene-butadiene rubber(UFPSBR)on the processing properties,mechanical strength,wet skid resistance,rolling resistance,wear resistance,aging resistance and other properties of the tread compound,in order to reduce rolling resistance,improve wet skid resistance,wear resistance,and other properties of the NR/SBR tread compound.Study of 10 phr UFPNBR and various UFPSBR loading on the synergism modification of the NR/SBR composites.The experimental results showed that UFPSBR improved the curing efficiency and the fatigue resistance and reduced the heat build-up of UFPNBR/NR/SBR composites.Compared with the tread compound without UFPR,the wet skid resistance of the UFPR/NR/SBR tread compound increased by 23.0%,29.6%,33.9%,39.1%,while the rolling resistance reduced by 9.6%,6.2%,1.6%,0.46%.according to the UFPSBR loadings was 0 phr,6 phr,10 phr,15 phr,respectively.Study of 10 phr UFPSBR and various UFPNBR loading on the synergism modification of the NR/SBR composites.The experimental results indicate that UFPNBR increased the crosslink density,the fatigue resistance and the aging resistance of the UFPSBR/NR/SBR cnmposites,while the heat build-up of the UFPR modified NR/SBR tread rubber was decreased.Compared with the tread compound without UFPR.the wet skid resistance of the UFPR/NR/SBR tread compound was increased by 18.8%.30.0%.34.0%.38.7%.while the rolling resistance was reduced by 2.5%,7.0%,3.7%.7.8%.according to the UFPNBR loading is 0 phr,6 phr,10 phr,15 phr.respectivehy.This paper also studies the synergism modification of UFPSBR and UFPNBR on the properties of tread compound with the total UFPR loading 10 phr.With the UFPNBR loading increasing.the crosslink density and the mechanical strength of the tread compound increased.while the heat build-up and the compression set of UFPR/NR/SBR vulcanizates decreased.When the weight ratio of UFPNBR to UFPSBR was 2/8,the wear resistance of UFPR/NR/SBR composites was improved.compared with the tread compound without UFPR,the wear resistance increased by 6%.With the UFPNBR loading increasing.tan? of the modified tread compound at 0? increased and the tan ? at 60? reduced,when the weight ratio of UFPNBR/UFPSBR was 2/8,the tan? at 0? increased by 12.9%and the tan? at 60?reduced by 1.5%.Therefore.the UFPSBR and UFPNBR have good synergism modification on reducing the rolling resistance and improving the abrasion resistance and the wet skid resistance of the tread compound,which is important to the study of the green tire tread.
