Water pollution is an outstanding problem in our country. In order to improve the environmental management, the department of environment management need adopt advanced technology nowadays and establish the automated water quality monitoring station to monitor the water pollution continuously in all dominating river. Because the intelligent online water quality monitor system, which will be reseached in this paper can monitor water quality continuously for all day and all night, the data that we get can reflect water quality and development trend of pollution, thus the system can provide reliable reference for management of environment.COD, NH3-N and pH are three important water pollution indexes. In conventional method, the water is time sampled and measured manually in the laboratory. The integrated instrument for measurement of COD, NH3-N and pH of water introduced in this thesis realizes the automation of the measurement of water quality. The instrument has the characteristics of nicety, online, multi-parameter measurement at same time.In this thesis, the base theory and method to detect COD, NH3-N and pH are introduced. This paper adopt the flow injection analyze to acquire data, the gradient ratio calibration to deal with the data. The bubble in water will interference the data and make a mutation to measure curve, after analyzing and comparing various signal processing method, the wavelet analyze is introduced to eliminate aberrant signals, the method is very effective through theory analyze and emulation with MATLAB.In the hardware design of data acquisition system, high-speed and simultaneous A/D converter(ADS8364), TMS320VC5402, dual-port static ram and other chips are used, we design the detect circuit base on the flow injection analyze, transmit data by the wireless communication module-nRF9E5,and design the wireless communication protocol. The protocol consists of physics layer,data link layer and application layer. CRC checkout is used to carry out checkout of data during wireless transportation, which makes high-speed data acquisition, data upload realize and allows multi-channel to be sampled simultaneously. This paper designs the main management software with VB6.0 to alarm when standard-exceeded, display the Real-time data, report forms and so on. At the end of the paper, conclusions and evaluations are given about this system.
