Study On The Evaluation Of Surface Water Security And The Predicting Model Of Water Quality In Leshan Area

Leshan is a scenery touristy city. The famous Leshan Giant Buddha, the world culture inheritance, is situated at the affluxes place of Minjiang River, Dadu River, the Qingyi Jiang River. The polluted river water enormously influences the base of Buddha, at the same time which destroys the harmoniousness of the scenic area and affects people's health. As the society development, some untreated industrial waste and sanitary sewage have been directly drained into rivers, lakes and the sea, which have made the pollution in the rivers more and more serious. So the water security problem becomes the focus of people's attentions.In domestic, the water security problem is still in a research stage.though on which many water environment experts have done many study work. Choosing evaluating factors and criteria reasonably, this article gives the surface water security evaluation in Leshan area by the Synthetic pollution index method and the determinate fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then finds out the main contamination in the surface water of the research area. Basing on these works, Minjiang River water quality prediction model is established.The research has certain practical value and the significance to the water pollution prevention, cure and management in Leshan area. And the research has the prewarning function, also provides the scientific foundations for improving and regulating the water environment, for making or adjusting the urban constructing plan, for the delimiting of agroeconomics zones and for making the plans of social economy continuance development.
