Ejecting system is an indispensable and very important part of die-casting mold.When the die-casting piece is complicated,the interference phenomenon usually takes place between ejector and side core. The desgin of advance return mechanism directly affects die-casting circulation.Therefore,the stable and reliable advance return mechanism is very important.But the advance return mechanism research was't widely carried on in the domestic, particularly applications of fuzzy reliability and fuzzy optimization method are still in the exploration phase, which were studied in this article, geting the results some results as follows:1.Study the classical formula , establishing the united model in different conditions, establishing the process and computer calculation procedure.2.Reform the common formula , acquiring interference and interference distance judge model on the basis of fuzzy reliability theories, establishing the process and computer calculation procedure.3.Use the two judge modles in the paper to desgin the shift fork mold,proving that the fuzzy reliability method is feasible.4.Desgin the mold advance return mechanism of shift fork , establish the advance return ejector pin reliability optimization modle and use Matlab optimization toolbox to caculate.
