The continuous casting mold is the key device of continuous casting technique. The non-sinusoidal and sine oscillation of continuous casting mold can improve casting speed and cast slab quality. The oscillation system of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor is a kind of nonlinear system, unavoidable,the system has uncertainties, the nonlinear and uncertainties has effect on the oscillation waveform of continuous casting mold. So in this paper, in order to confirm the realization of expected oscillation waveform, taking the oscillation system of continuous casting mold as the research object, the research is mainly aiming at the displacement tracking control of continuous casting mold, and the fuzzy control and simulation have been proposed. the experimental research is also purposed.Firstly, aiming at the displacement tracking control problem of the oscillation system of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor, a fuzzy self-turning PID controller was designed for the displacement loop of continuous casting mold, adjusting PID parameters online through a fuzzy-logic system. The effect of the designed controller was proved through the comparison with PID control..Secondly, aiming at the displacement tracking control problem of oscillation system of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor, a self-adaptive fuzzy backstepping sliding mode control method was designed. With the design thought of backstepping and nonsingular terminal sliding mode control, the controller was designed, and the Estimation of the uncertain disturbance is realized by fuzzy logic. The simulation results showed that the purposed controller has a good displacement tracking performance, and has a strong robustness against the disturbance. Compared with fuzzy self-turning PID control, the control precision is improved.Finally, Based on the real oscillation system of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor in the laboratory, through the tool of FB Generator, realized the function of fuzzy control with C language. and packaged it into CFC(Continuous Function Chart) fuzzy control module. And designed the CFC program of fuzzy self-turning PID control. what is more, the experiment of fuzzy self-turning PID control of the displacement of continuous casting mold was taken. The experiment result showed that the designed self-turning PID controller can confirm the displacement of casting mold exactly tracking the given waveform, confirming the realization of oscillation wave form of casting mold.
