The cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials (CCCW), characterized by it's permanent waterproofing effect, self-rehabilitating ability, good aging resistance and corrosion resistance, innocuity side effect and friendly on environment, is a sort of market outlook extensive waterproofing material whose reactive ingredient can permeate into the internal part of concrete through capillary pores or cracks and react with cement hydrates and anhydrates. In this paper, two requirements of chemical materials as the active components of CCCW were obtained according to the structure characteristics and chemical constituents of cement concrete. First, the active components must be soluble. Second, it can be reacted with the Ca2+, [SiO4]4-, Al(OH)4-, Ca(OH)2 and CaO in concrete directly or indirectly, and the insoluble crystals were produced by these reactions. Based on the theoretical analysis and the analysis of foreign R brand coating mixture, a series of chemically active components were chosen particularly. Through testing the impermeability pressure of concrete with coating which contains different active components, two effective compounding named LT waterproofing coating mixture and LG waterproofing coating mixture respectively were achieved. The main ingredients of LT coating mixture are TA, NB, JC, YD, P.O42.5R cement and the fine quartz sands. The LG coating mixture mostly consists of GA, NNB, EC, P.O42.5R cement and fine quartz sands. The compounding of LT coating mixture was optimized through orthogonal design. For further getting the optimal match, the single factor optimization experiments around the results optimized by orthogonal test were carried out and the last formulation was fixed as follows. TA was doped with 8.0%, NB doped with 1.5%, JC doped with 1.5% and YD doped with 2.0%. The cement-sand ratio was 2.0 and the grain size distribution of quartz sand was from 105 to 210μm. To improve the workability, the plasticizer was added to the LT coating. The results showed the appropriate sort and doped amount of plasticizer can observably modify the fluidity and setting time of LT coating, but not influenced it's waterproofing performance. At last, the JX plasticizer was chosen and the doped amount was 0.25%.Due to too many experiments was needed in optimizing the formulation of LT coating mixture with orthogonal design, the uniform design was used when adjusting...
