| Cleaner production (CP) is an effective approach to control industry pollution; it could be considered as the best mode for both economic and environmental benefits for enterprise; indeed, the problem exists in cement plants can't be solved just by the traditional pollution disposal. CP assessment is a key factor in CP process, it's sensible for us to search for effective, scientific CP assessment method.It shows that Fuzzy Math method could be introduced to Cleaner Production (CP). It's much better than the single indicator method that popularly used in CP assessments. It can easily transform the undetermined problem into a simple math pattern, and help the CP specialist to find out the weak factor of cement enterprises.Meanwhile, another problem exists in cleaner production assessment is that we haven't much related experience and adequate experts. So, seeking for the assistant of computer tools is urgent. To the least, the ANN (artificial neural network) and database is worth to further research.Furthermore, taking Chongqing XiaoNanHai cement plants as typical case study, using fuzzy math method to discern the CP opportunity, and assess the level of this cement plant. The case study results are educed: the above-mentioned estimation system and fuzzy math method is concise, feasible and practicable, it seems to be one of the approaches to status analysis and diagnosis for cement enterprises; It's helpful to check the CP level of technologies, equipments, management etc. and it's useful to seek more potential of CP.The database construction is mainly designed to satisfy the inquiry and the technical support function, the ANN utilization includes: CP expert decision system with ANN and MATLAB ANN tool bags. This paper analysis the feasibility and the limitation of the tools in CP assessment, and designed the related technical plan on theory. |
