Research On Improving Cementation Quality Of Adjustment Well

Objecting to the abnormal pressure of the low permeability and thin layer in sa 2 and sa 3 group, the main force oil layer owes the pressure in grape 1 group, the big differential pressure between level, we carried out the field test to improve the adjustment well cementation quality.Base on analyzing the factors which affects the adjustment well cementation quality, we carried on the experiment to adjust the formation pressure before drilling .then we adopt the following supporting measures, firstly, through researching formation pressure examination technology after drilling ,we Has realized to the well drilling formation pressure quota, the real-time examination. Secondly, we used the link air pressure strength compensation, the DPDR cement mortar system. In the same time we did some filed test to enhance the complex well cementation quality ,for example, guard against flees in the abnormally high pressure level and high leaks in the high penetration and the low pressure level.The field test has obtained the good effect. Through acoustic logging, we found the cementation merit achieve to 87%, it enhanced 15.16 percentage points than 2003, the qualification rate 100%. After examining 59 intervals of 6 injection-water well flees, channel rate is only 1.69%.we Summarized a set of more perfect geology control and the necessary processing technology to improve the adjustment well cementation quality in adjustment well block on condition of the field test.
