The LAMADIAN underground natural gas storage in Daqing was constructed on the basis of the gas cap of Lamadian bedded sandstone oil field in Daqing and is one of the earliest one that was put into use in China. Through the practice of gas injection and recovery for over 20 years, it is indicated that the natural gas storage is the most efficient measure for the rational utilization of natural gas resource, which not only effectively solves the problem of non-equilibrium gas consumption due to the difference between summer and winder in Daqing region and due to petrochemical plant's production being held up for reparing equipments, but also effectively protects the environment.In this paper, the development course of the LAMADIAN underground gas storage in Daqing and the main way of doing in every stage are reviewed and a set if the main development techniques for the gas storage , such as the design of the gas storage, the volume calculation method for the gas injection and recovery system, the monitoring and regulation technique for the dynamic system, the adjusting technique for forming a complete surface technology, the dynamic analysis technique and management method etc. are expounded, having a greater technical and economic values. This fruitful result has use to Scheme Design, injection and extraction effect analysis this research result of the LAMADIAN Underground Gas Storage Bank; Still can guide the work such as design and construction of underground gas storage bank, operating management and analysis evaluation etc our country.
