Follow the order of subject, a hydraulic machine was designed, used to pressing pipes. The machine is based on the theory of no-core extruding and used hydraulic power oil as the medium. There are five parts in this subject.It is very common that using the pressing technology to T pipe production. There are many merits of pressing technology, but there are also much shortcoming in traditional produce process. The traditional way used plumbum or paraffins as the medium. It brought complex technical process, low efficiency and poor production condition. A new method has brought forward in the research. The machine use hydraulic power oil as the medium. It can improve the production speed and efficiency with wide-range, economize primary material and simplify the process.In chapter 1, the following items are overviewed firstly. Researches of development of hydraulic press, technical of pipe extrusion and hydraulic synchro control. Based on three overviews, the significance and aims of this dissertation are presented.In chapter 2, design the hydraulic press on two parts: hydraulic principle and electric control.In chapter 3, the mathematical models of pump, valve, actuator and load are established separately in time domain and frequency domain. Based on these models of components, the simulation model in time domain of sequential control system. And use Matlab in the system simulation.In chapter 4, test the model machine, includes the overall performance test and the synchronized control test.In chapter5, all of achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work, which will be done, is put forward.
