| Nitration, as a kind of heat treatment, has an important effect on quality of parts; nitrogen tendency is a main factor in the controlling of industry , it can influence directly the quality of nitration process . In the industry field, some researches in nitration process have been had through ammonia dissociation rate instead of nitration process because of their definite connection. The combination between digital inspection and nitration process can improves the automatic degree of nitration inspection and the level of quality control , reduce the percent of wasters. considering the actual questions of corporation ,we introduce our research topic-- Study and development on the Measuring System of Ammonia Dissociation Rate Based on Singlechip.The whole thesis is divided into seven chapters:Chapter one analyses firstly the significance of Nitration and some difficulties during the inspection of Nitration based on the background of Nitration; some expatiations that are about the actuality of domestic and overseas inspection instruments on Nitration and the application prospect of digital inspection in the process of Nitration; finally, summarizes the topic of study and some researches in it.In Chapter two, the design process of system is as a whole: At first, according to the factors of quality effect illustrates the necessity of controlling the ammonia dissociation rate and some effects on quality of manufactures due to the number of the rate; then expounds inspection theory of Nitration process and the inspection scheme of system; later association with the characteristic of system to illustrate its thoughts of design from the hardware and the software; lastly some correlative techniques are analyzed .In Chapter three, in term of the thought of design of modularization, hardware function modules are linked to MCU by the bus. This chapter expounds mainly circuit design of hardware, thought of design and analysis of technique. Including: the choice of MCU, modulation of signal/ the design of analog channels (the amplification of signal, A/D conversion and sample), the design in memory and distribution of data, data communication, output of controlling, human_machine communion, clock, replacement, electrical source and so on.In Chapter four, as a whole, firstly analyzes data stream tropism during the process of inspection, then introduces setting module, measure and display module, query module, management module, communication module, analysis of quality module and code checkout module according to the thought of design of modularization; later analyses detailedly main program and surveillant program; ultimately illustrates structure of memory, communication protocol, process of controlling flow and graphics display.In chapter five, system anti-interference as a whole, analyzes interferential elementary factors from the hardware and software, considering academic aspects and effective experiences some remarkable anti-interference measures from the design of hardware and software are stressed.In chapter six, according to four effective experimentations, some statistical property from the measuring system of ammonia dissociation rate are analyzed, respectively including bias and variation, stability, linearity, repetition and reappearance and so on . The result indicates the inspection system of ammonia dissociation rate accord with the general demand of inspection system.Finally, chapter seven makes a conclusion of the whole thesis and puts forward the future research in this field. |
