Research On Digital Display And Dissemination Of Papermaking Skills In Northwest China

Chinese culture is rooted in the harmonious and diverse multi-ethnic culture fertile soil,in which there are numerous and rich intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as"intangible cultural heritage").Under the current digital background,in addition to traditional inheritance methods,it has become a trend to preserve the "intangible cultural heritage"completely and for a long time through digital means,and to promote the innovative transformation and development of "intangible cultural heritage".Papermaking,one of the four great inventions of China,is an ancient fossil of thousands of years.Although most papermaking techniques in Northwest China have been included in the intangible cultural heritage list,there are still many practical problems in the inheritance.As a national treasure,in addition to the government’s protection measures,can we explore a road of integration of "science and technology+culture+art" by combining traditional paper-making techniques with digital means through our own modest efforts?To realize the "activation" and cultural regeneration of papermaking.This paper takes digital display and communication technology as the research object to explore the traditional papermaking techniques applied in northwest China from the perspective of digital.The paper is divided into five chapters.Firstly,starting from the current research background of "intangible cultural heritage",the direction of topic selection is determined.By analyzing the research status at home and abroad,the progress of digital application of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad is sorted out.Then,the paper analyzes the inheritance of papermaking skills in northwest China.Through field investigation and interview,it finds out the limitations of the inheritance of skills.This paper combs the relevant theories of digital display and communication,and puts forward the necessity and multiple advantages of digital display and communication related technologies in traditional papermaking technology.Finally,taking the papermaking technology in Beizhuang Village as an example,the paper conducts the design and research practice of "digital technology" combined with digital means from the perspectives of the overall process of the technology and the interaction between people and tools.Through this research,we hope to build a bridge for the integration of digital technology and traditional papermaking technology.The diversified digital display and multi-mode digital communication will bring diversified experience and feelings to the audience,provide a feasible direction and design idea for the display and effective communication of handicraft"intangible cultural heritage",and look forward to the inheritance of "intangible cultural heritage" under the digital display and the attention of many people under the digital communication.
