Gangue is the waste residue that is produced in the coal mine production process ,and solid waste that is discharged by the coal industry.Its formation and placement can bring a series of ecological environment questions , such as the air pollution, surface runoff pollution and subsurface runoff pollution, soil drop in quality, the degeneration of ecosystems, the biodiversity lost, landscape destroyed and so on . On the basis of thoroughly investigating and conclusion of the coal wasting lands regulation in the domestic and foreign, with the foundation of restoration ecology and landscape ecology and landscape planning, the landscape ecology reconstruction and the landscape planning design is carried on by the way of field investigation and in-house experiment,the research has the important theorical and the practical significance when people lay more and more emphasis on environment quality. The main research results are as follows:1. By the way of experiment, the test of gangue efflorescence in the Sanlidong, Tongchuan shows that :the pH is 7.21 , Alkalescency. The water content is 6.42%; The organic content is low, is 0.45% . The content of Hg, Cu, Cr, Zn is 0.276mg/Kg,42.109 mg/Kg,117.316 mg/Kg,460.459 mg/Kg.2. On the basis of in-house experiment, compareing other plants we discovered that, Robinia pseudoacacia shows stronger absorption of Cu, As than other plants; Capsella bursapastrois has the strong absorbancy to the Zn and Setaria viridis to Cr, therefore we had better take the community of Robinia pseudoacacia×Hippophae rhamnoides×Capsella bursapastrois, Robinia pseudoacacia×Hippophae rhamnoides×Setaria viridis, Ailanthus altissima×Hippophae rhamnoides×Setaria viridis into consideration in the following vegetation landscape construction.3. Topographic map of coal wasting lands was plot at the first time by the way of GPS +CAXA+TSCAD.This method is simple to operate, rapid, low-cost, high-feature credibility . 4. According to the climatic factors and the vegetation condition , 9 set of site type was divided into Upper northern slope,middle northern slope,lower northern slope,Upper southern slope,middle southern slope,lower southern slope,loess slope,mesa,cropland.laying foundation...
