Environmental Protection Under The Recycling Economy Development

As the constant deepening of market economic systematic reform and social development, the environmental pollution brought by the traditional economic developmental mode has been increasingly serious. This has greatly confined the sustainable development of the conomy. Hence, China should transform from the extensive linearity economic development mode to the closed recycling economic development mode.As a new economic development mode, the recycling economy follows the 3R principal, advocating the recycled utilization of the resources, emerges and other matters for the economic development, the improvement of the utilization efficiency of the resources, and effective reduction on the pollutants' discharge. However, due to the economic system and other reasons, some serious environmental pollution issues also arise in the implementing process of the recycling economy.This paper started with the analysis on the development of the recycling economy in the point of environmental protection and the relationship between the environmental protection and the recycling economy, made researches on the inner logic and inevitability between the recycling economic development and the practical predicament of the environmental protection through hackling the evolution progress with environmental pollution and protection in a county region' s recycling economic development, concluded the systematic defects and deficiencies of the issues' seed, and finally on the basis of that, tried to abstract...
