Jiangsu A medical company produce DL .DL is a new relieve pain and fever medicine . Its main raw material are many species,and produce waste water 80T/d .The waste water is acidity ,poisonous ,high density ,its COD ≥ 7800 mg/L,colour ≥ 2500,there isn't good management programmer .The author accept the company entrustion,research the waste water management programmer for environment protection .This article describe medical technical development and medical waste water management international ,analyse this article material balance and water balance ,collect the waste water data ,submit micro-electrolysis manage the water in advance ,experiment the water in test room and receive the best condition: PH is 4,coefficient of expansion is 20%,Fe-C proportion is 2:1,stop time is 10 min. In the condition ,get rid of COD 60%,get rid of colour 70% in test room .From the research ,the author sign classify management the waste water:part of water is evaporated (get rid of COD 90%) ,part of water is micro-electrolysis managed (get rid of COD 30%,get rid of colour 40% ),.In the last this article submit a programmer for the water ,high concentration water evaporated and micro-electrolysised ,again neutralized and mixed and condensed (get rid of COD 20%,get rid of colour 30% )- UASB (get rid of COD 40%,get rid of colour 30%) - lacked oxygen - lively mud (get rid of COD 60%,get rid of colour 20% ) ,the waste water COD≤1000 mg/L,achieve standard and enter the waste water factory for the area in the last .The author submit a complete waster water management programmer for the company ,make the company taking benefit and effect in economic ,society ,environment.
