Content: Chemical new course emphasizes the changes of students learning ways and reinforces the proportion type of learning that students act on their automatic study, their cooperative study, their explorative study and the mutual exchange between teachers and students well as among students.Facing the new situation of course reform and the new condition that normal school educational teaching arises under the market econmic condition.Therefore,according to Constructivist Theory, Cognitive Learning Theory , The Theory of Multiple Intelligence , BanDula's theoretics , modern teaching theory and the management theories and modern mangement painciple,this paper stands at the argle of management.From 5 aspect such as decision, planning, organization, guidance and control,it has studied normal school chemical classroom teaching.Its purpose is to train students scientific attainments and promote the students fall-scale development by combing the characteristic of teacher-training professional education.
