In today’s society, with the influence of the modern advanced information technology, the continuous development of education and teaching ideas of higher vocational colleges, the traditional classroom teaching style is being shocked. Some of the Western Universities adopt a kind of "mobile learning”, which is more and more popular now, as the representative of the new learning methods. The learning method is called the flipped classroom learning mode; this mode has made significant achievements in teaching. The turnover of classroom teaching mode in Higher Vocational Education in our country should be introduced into classroom, equally gratifying results, not only greatly enhance the interaction in classroom teaching, but also deepen the aspects of the study effect; and it can also improve the quality of teaching. Flipped classroom teaching mode can be used as a new way for the reform of higher occupation education, and it deserves further exploration."Flipped classroom teaching", "mobile learning" and other foreign advanced educational concepts blend in the teaching of "The Japanese diet culture ", the application of computer, Internet, wireless network technology also be integrated. This kind of new classroom teaching mode applied to higher vocational classroom education will be an important practice, not only gain a good effect in class, also provides valuable experience in Application Research of turning the mode of classroom teaching.This thesis discusses the mobile learning, higher vocational teaching, and situational awareness. It is on the basis of flipping classroom teaching, connectivism and other important theoretical concepts, the learning environment in the modern teaching role were the focus of interpretation, and have a further study of mobile platform. At the first stage, through the use of "flipped classroom learning theory" to guide, in accordance with the classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges, referring to the division of teachers and learners, the college reformed the "Japanese diet culture" class. The two subjects of the class—students and teachers were highly promoted in their teaching and learning life, their abilities and knowledge were also improved. Creating the personalized learning environment of flipped classroom, teachers play the role of an instructor in which assist students to develop new learning plan, use of new learning tools at the same time. On the way to explore independently, it can cultivate and develop personalized learners, give full play to students’ independent thinking ability, and also improve the tolerance and the ability of communicating with each other between the students. On the basis of combination of higher vocational teaching and the students’ needs, it builds institutions for higher learning platform and supporting system, and with the control process, the teaching activity can be put into practice. Finally, through the investigation and the tracking of teaching practice, the application range and limitation of new teaching mode and new application method of classroom teaching mode are analyzed and discussed.
