The Simulated Experimental Research Of Alkalescent Ash Desulfurization And Ash Pipe Against Scale In Shizuishan Power Plant

Due to the SO₂ emissions and ash water discharge in coal-fired boiler, the air and water was polluted badly. It is the important environmental protection problem that the steam power plants want to face and solve. The ash water with high pH value necessarily goes with the ash pipe scales, it brings different degrees of security hidden troubles to the natural running of the steam power plant.The SO2 emissions and acid rain problems have became pne of the important factor which restricts the production and building of the steam power plant. Now it is difficulty to rebuild the desulfurization project in the power plant, especially in the water jet ash power station, because of the big capital construction invest,the high running expense and the complex system. If the power plant can use the ash slurry as absorbent, it not only can economize the cost of absorbent and leave out the huge absorbent preparation system of traditional desulfurization technics but also can prevent ash water system scaling and control the pH value of ash water. As the steam power plant, it has important economy benefit and environment benefit, and it also impulses the practice and rebuilding of flue gas desulfurization in the new and old power plant.In this case, rely on the equipments in existence, the coal-fired power plants combine their different characteristic, look after economic,steady and simple desulfurization measure. It gradually becomes an important way which the steam power plants use to solve the air pollution problem.According to the situation of the Shizuishan power plant, this paper analyses the pollution and control approach of SO₂ and ash slurry , mentions the desulfurization technics using the conditions in existence. It also clarifies and analyses the desulfurization technics and application , including ash slurry speciality, SO₂ mass transfer mechanism, SO₂ oxidation catalysis mechanism, let ash system scale-against scale mechanism, desulfurization technics theory and so on.Through small experiments in lab and simulate experiments, this paper studies the factors which influence the flue gas desulfurization in different conditions and the oxidation catalysis desulfurization technics in acidic condition. It gropes the applied actuality and control parameter of desulfurization technics in Venturi-water film dust removal device.
