Wetland has various ecosystems function and economy, society value. It is a mature resource treasury and living environment that mankind relying for existence and development. However, owing to man's unreasonable utilization, the wetlands area were quickly reduced, the ecological system has been seriously influenced and menaced. So, for reasonable exploitation,protection,utilization of the wetland resources, it is important to investigate and monitor the quantity and quality and their changes of wetlands resources.Taking the urban Fuzhou city and all around as the study cases, the wetland resource in this paper was monitored by using multi-source data resource. The dynamic change on wetland was analyzed by dynamic change speed and utilizing Markov Process, based on the change above, we explored the inherent mechanism in the study area; the water environment quality and it's historical change were analyzed by fuzzy synthesize assessment and osculating value method separately, then combining the analysis results and the actual conditions on Fuzhou, we propose the ecological protection and integrated control measure, in order to realize the sustainable development of wetland resources.The main content was as follows.1) Remote sensing monitoring on wetlandIntegrating with authoritative wetland classification system and the character of wetland reflected from image, the Fuzhou wetland classification system was established. This paper presents a layered classification method based on the light of wetland spectrum character.
