The water is one of closest environment essential factors with the human, which has the decisive significance to human's survival and the development. The short of water resources already became the restriction factor for social economy development in China and most areas in the world. As the development of economy and city overspread, the amount of sewage of the city increases quickly. The disposal and recycle for sewage is one significant way to the solution to the short of water which can enhance the use efficiency of the water and decrease the pollution to the environment. So the research for recycle technique for sewage is developing more and more important role in the realistic life to solute the sewage pollution and the shortage of water resource.In the world, some countries which face the problem of the water shortage take the recycle of city sewage as one of important strategies. It is a long research and application history that the recycled sewage has been used in agricultural irrigation the industrial production, the city beautification, the plant cultivation, normal life use, the ground water returns and so on, which not only can protect the water environment, but also alleviates conflict between the water demand and the supply, the promote the quality and volume of the water recycle and reuse. At present, some countries such as U.S.A. , Israel, Australia, Russia ,etc. have already launched the work of sewage recycling. most of cities in our country already implement the city sewage recycle project or list in the plan.Sterilize before recycling of sewage disposal, sterilizing method has two kinds: physicist sterilizing and chemistry sterilizing. generally adopt second because chemistry sterilizing is expenses low. In recent years , sterilize by-product increase of report with chemistry and people constant to raise to whom water quality require, it causes paying close attention to and extensive research the method of physics sterilizing .Ultraviolet ray sterilize it is a physics that sterilize method, sewage disposal at home and abroad already begin to use. Compared with the situation that chemistry sterilizing, it has sterilization ability of wide tables , it is free of water body pH and temperature to sterilize the result, not polluted by twice. Use generally ultraviolet decontaminating to put ultraviolet light source suit into water after being in quartz sleeve pipe outside at present, this kind of device has two shortcomings: First, quartz sleeve pipe stop some ultraviolet ray penetrate, utilization ratio to reduce ultraviolet ray; Second, the heat that the light source produces impels the telescopic surface of quartz that is exposed to with water to form the dirt, make purple outside penetrating rate further reduce, thus influence the result of sterilizing.This paper sterilizes in comprehensive analysis existingly ultraviolet decontaminating on the foundation of the craft characteristic of the apparatus outside, propose the opens type channel surface ultraviolet disinfection design , has made the open type channel ultraviolet equipment by oneself.
