Paper-making industry is one of industries that need large investment make higher energy consumption and have environmental pollution. Compare to other our countries, the amount of water in papermaking industry in China is higher, while the level of saving water is lower. Considered increasingly tense water resources and serious water pollution problems, the country demands a large and medium-sized enterprises to take measures to reduce paper consumption and reducing waste water discharge. Therefore the study on recycling technology of papermaking effluent and life sewage is very important.The papers compared recycling technology of papermaking effluent in China and abroad, analysised the water reusing situation in a papermaking enterprises of Shaanxi. Also the processes of papermaking effluent recycle and life sewage were designed, and the consequence was inspected and evaluated. The central content involves:(1) We studied water pollution of papermaking industry, analysised the pollution of Wastepaper Recycling from the source, features and the production process. By comparing the water use of papermaking enterprises in and abroad, we studied the present development of treatment system for wastepaper recycling and life sewage, and combined the online monitoring system for water pollution.(2) Analysis and assessment were made for current wastewater treatment condition in a paper making group in Shaanxi. New methods to make use of wastewater accord to the reality in Yuhua group are raised. After the treatment of waste paper water, it is possible to achieve zero-discharge in waste papermaking wastewater of transformation, which is important for the whole industry.(3) By analysising the current condition of in a recycled paper mill in Shaanxi, a treatment system was studied to treat their waste water by using anaerobic-aerobic sludge system, satisfactory results indicated that the discharge effluent is in compliance with the regulation of GB3544—2008.(4) Analysis were made for water use of life by the workers in a paper making group, the information on the basis of the biological processes for the life in the back of the system is available. In the project, life sewage was used for water reuse, and the treated water was mainly used to flush the flowers, wash toilets and cars. The distillation process was sublimation and disinfection.In this papermaking enterprises, the practice of industrial waste water level back to life in the engineering was inspected and educated.(5) By reviewing a number of information for papermaking enterprises proposed for its own development needs of the online environment monitoring system. to the online the monitoring system of the data processing platforms, the traffic in the monitoring system, water quality in monitoring system, the sewage treatment facilities of monitoring system.(6) Economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit after the operation of water resource optimized allocation are summarized.
