Coatings protection is an effective way to protect metal materials from air corrosion and electrochemistry corrosion. Nano coatings can show excellent property of corrosion resistance because of adding of corrosion resistance namo particles. Difficulties of preparation of nano particles and dispersion of nano particles into coatings are the reason why nano coatings develop slowly.Modified polymers by nano-Ti are prepared during high energy ball milling by mechanochemistry. Deposition tallness recording method, XRD, XRF, TEM, SEM and XPS are used to analyses the samples. The processing parameters are determined and the react mechanism is discussed.The results show that Ti powders expand and distorted to slices when the ball milling time is 4h, ball milling rotate speed is 400r·min-1, ratio of grinding media to material is 3:1 and ball milling medium are compound of E-5, A and KH. The diameters of samples are from 50nm to 80nm after ball milling. The crystal lattice aberrations are caused by the force of machine, and the surfaces are activated, so Ti powders are easy to be packed by free groups and ion of polymers to form uniformly dispersed black muddy samples.Nano corrosion resistance coatings are made by dispersing modified polymers by nano-Ti into coatings. The properties of the films are characterized by common films physical and chemical determination. The mechanism of corrosion resistance is discussed in this paper.The results show that the flexibility is 1mm, the attached force level is 1, the impact resistance is 50cm, the hardness by pencil test is 5H, the reflecting ability is 98% and the thicknesses are from 14μm to 16μm.The samples are dispersed uniformly in the films. The films are well after being immerged into 30% H2SO4 solution, 10% NaOH solution and 3.5% NaCl solution for 4320h, 4320h, 2000h. Modified polymers by nano-Ti has the property of corrosion resistance and can fill the micro holes of the films effectively, increase the attached force between coatings and metal and improve the property of corrosion resistance of coatings.
