Repair-well equipment,busywork derrick,slop pump in oil field are the key equipments of ensuring normal work, however, because of special circumstance of oil field, these equipments work in the open air all the year round, and endure pollution and erodibility ,such as wind blow,solarization,oil dirty,slop and so on, Which lead to bring many difficulties of checking and maintaining equipments without appropriate cleanout equipments.At the present time, mass are manual or half-mechanized manipulations in injection flow cleanout field. Therefore , the research into this subject aim at oil dirty and floating rust of tae large equipments, such as wheel mended-well machine in oil field,busywork derrick and the group of diesel engine,slop pump and so on .It researches into applied blurry-control technique, and control the spurting speed of high-pressure injection flow; It researches into multi-function gate-like stepped stand; It develops intelligent hydraulic pressure controlled system, and"control"means the behavior of manipulator, making which operate various spurting tool expediently and fast, to realize human intelligent cleanout. Consequently, making a set of top-level busywork cleanout equipments in the same industry realizes automatic cleanout of equipments in oil field, and the cleanup rate can reach mare than 95%.During the period of developing, theoretical research and design should be emphasized. First, the design of gate-like automatic-stepped realizes automatic double-direction step of gate-like stand in cleanout work, and automatic switch between high and low speed. Second, the successful research into the control of sport track of cleanout blow head reach the aim of controlling the track and target distance of injection flow, ensuring the effect of the cleanout. Third, the research into long-distance pressure-controlled system. Making use of skilled technique realizes a jump from manual to long-distance automatic control of high-pressure-water happened equipments. Choosing appropriate dynamoelectric equipment,designing special pressure-adjustive flooding valve,adopting mechatronics controlling and sensor technique realizes long-distance control of high-pressure injection flow of cleanout equipment.
