Piedmont tectonic belt in Tarim oil field, the region is extremely complicated geological conditions, the upper strata are steep structures, the lower part of the many sets include many high-pressure saline layers, composite salt layers, leakage layers,collapse layers and the high-pressure gas layers, those pressure-coefficient is very high.While these wells begin to overflow,Those rapid overflow speed and high pressure shut-in,or serious blow-out or a blowout could ultimately lead to loss of control.It will caused very serious economical and society losses.Therefore, an reasonable guide and the practical value of the well control techniques have to be found urgently.This paper analysed some factors of the gas-oil wells in the piedmont tectonic,such as geological conditions, formation characteristics, drilling cycle and the well control equipments.To deal with these difficulties the paper has proposed some ideas and methods.1)The combination of multi-point monitoring methods in different positions with the different open-area size of the monitor.So timely and accurate the monitoring way is that it can provide more favorable conditions to control the gas kick.2)the assessment includes some aspects:the well control equipment of high-press oil and gas wells, wellbore pressure maximum security capacity, and the optimization of killing methods after overflow of the oil and gas wells.3)Based on the principle of anti-cyclic Killing,the paper established the mathematical and physic models of the reverse circulation kill.The paper also list the different stages of the process of killing specific formula.4)the reverse circulation Kill method showed the the safety and efficacy in kela-4 well,it provided practical technology in the high pressure wells control operations which lie on the piedmont structure in the Tarim oil field.Engineering practice shows that:the oil and gas well control technology of the piedmont structure in the Tarim oil field has the strong supporting capability and the security.It can significantly reduce the complexity of well control incidents and meet the needs of the drilling project.
