Application Of Grey System Theory In Roadway Tunnelling And Prediction Of Surrounding Rock

Roadway engineering as a unique system with full function and synthesis behavior is made up of interconnected, interdependent, mutually-binding and interacted things and processes in medium property, excavation, support scheme, construction organization and management of coal and rock. But as is known, there are so many factors which determine the property of system and the relations of them are so complex that the system is a multi-factors, multi-gradation, multi-objective system. This paper takes roadway engineering as object and takes grey system theory as method combining production and practice in mining to make research on optimal select of blasting scheme, on analysis of roadway destroy factors, prediction of roadway deformation etc. Based on the factors affecting cutting blasting and smoothwall blasting and index this paper built set of blasting scheme and evaluation set of blasting effect.. Through the analysis of multiobjective Grey Decision - Making matrix, the best cutting blasting and smoothwall blasting is selected. The factors affecting damage effects of roadway are numerous and the relations between them are complex, exact math-mechanical model is hard to obtain. So the problem becomes a complex nonlinear problem. Using theory of grey incidence to analyze the influencing factors such as compressive strength, service time, buried depth, main factors of it are obtained. Deformation of roadway surrounding rock is the most direct reflection of rock mass movement, whose deformation are affected by many unknown and uncertain factors. Analysis solution of deformation rule is hard to abtain. According to field information, this paper uses GM(1,1) to predict future displacement development tendency, so forecasting and predicting deformation is easy to obtain.
