In order to solve the problem of low single entry level and low work efficiency caused by the drilling and blasting method of small section rock roadway in Yangmei No.5 Mine,the connection between rock section and lithology is combined with relevant theory and rock roadway.The situation is based on rock physical mechanics testing,numerical simulation as a reference,cut blasting technology and supporting technology as the core,optimized construction organization as an auxiliary small section rock roadway tunneling technology,improve the single-cycle footage and monthly footage,Reduce labor intensity,simplify construction procedures and improve work efficiency.The main results achieved are as follows:(1)By collecting rock samples from the surrounding rock of the test roadway,and performing uniaxial compressive strength test,uniaxial tensile strength test and triaxial compression test on the rock samples,the test of rock dynamic mechanical parameters showed that The intensity increases by about 20%,and the test results lay the foundation for numerical simulation.(2)The ABAQUS numerical software was used to numerically study the blasting of wedge cut,wedge straight composite and double wedge cut.The effect of wedge straight composite cut is better than wedge cut and double wedge cut.At the same time,the method of combining theoretical calculation and numerical simulation can be used to provide reference and basis for scheme optimization when supporting design.(3)Through engineering application practice,it has been shown that optimizing from the aspects of blasting plan,supporting plan,labor organization,etc.,it is possible to obtain an average of 2.15 m for a single-loop footage,and a daily footage of about 6.4m,achieving a digging target of monthly footage of 160 m The monthly advancement is 33% higher than the original construction plan,providing reference and reference for the same type of rock roadway excavation in Yangmei No.5 Mine.
